LOOK Trailers is a cargo trailer company headquartered in Bristol, IN, which opened for business in early February 2010. The president of Look Trailers, Matt Arnold, grew up in the cargo trailer business working for his father Mike Arnold, founder of Haulmark Industries. With manufacturing facilities in Bristol, IN, Fitzgerald, GA, Phoenix, AZ, and Springville, UT, LOOK Trailers is a national cargo trailer company with a local feel. The company produces enclosed cargo, utility, race, and car trailers ranging in size from a 4’x6' tag-a-long trailer to a 53' gooseneck model, as well as any size custom-built cargo trailer to meet individual needs.

According to LOOK Trailers president, the customer-focused company is financially stable with a strong balance sheet. He has assembled a management team of cargo trailer industry veterans who have solid, long-term connections with dealers and customers, and they share a vision of bringing personal relationships back to the cargo trailer industry. LOOK Trailers sales representatives are located at the plant because Matt Arnold believes THE BUCK STOPS HERE! He states, “Who wants to leave voicemails for people who can’t get answers and are so removed of power they can’t make a decision. My reps are the decision makers, and they interact with the factory and supervisors to deliver you the product you are expecting.”

We are a good company to do business with, but do not think LOOK Trailers is cutting corners by building unsafe trailers and skipping out on Product Liability Insurance and Owners Manuals. LOOK Trailers is concerned about consumer safety, and we are building cargo trailers the right way. We have a licensed engineer on staff ensuring we build safe and rugged trailers. Not all manufactures do, so you should do your homework before you buy on price alone.

Over the two years there have been some major changes in the cargo trailer industry, and in that time some major players have fallen on hard times because they couldn’t adapt to changing markets. LOOK Trailers has grown immensely in that period because an investment company with a short-term horizon does not run us. We may not be attractive to a venture capitalist, but I can’t remember a venture capitalist putting on a welding helmet and rebuilding America.
